DHA Logistics was established and developed on the solid foundation of Phuc Tien Trading and Service Co., Ltd.

In 2006, Phuc Tien was founded with the initial desire to serve and support foreign businesses that had just arrived in Vietnam, not yet knowledgeable about the regulations on import and export and customs clearance operations to ensure their favourable experience and successful business in Vietnam. As a result, DHAL inherits the experience and knowledge of the industry and the operating system from Phuc Tien, strengthening its skills and covering logistics and transportation services related to legal and customs clearance.

In 2010, after four years of Phuc Tien mainly operating in the field of investment consulting, customs clearance declaration and domestic transportation in the Tay Ninh area and surrounding areas, Mr. Dang Ngoc Tinh and Mrs. Nguyen Thi Hong Anh realized that the demand for international freight forwarding, and Vietnam's import and export is proliferating. Nonetheless, our service businesses weren't in the term to meet that growing demand, significantly as the 2008 financial crisis impacted us. Therefore, the board of directors and executives established DHA Logistics (DHAL) to contribute to the country's logistics and freight forwarding industry. Our business exists to provide domestic and foreign companies with professional shipping services that meet international standards. Moreover, we aim to pioneer in supplying a wide range of services to benefit the different industries and supply chain requirements beyond customs clearance procedures, moving forward to door-to-door shipment, and increasing the products' value. Thereby, the Board of Management also seeks to promote and attract foreign businesses to invest and work in Vietnam, contributing to the local and national economy and creating jobs for Ho Chi Minh City workers.

Today, DHAL and Phuc Tien, with a close relationship with a shared vision and values, continue to cooperate closely to bring the best experiences and services that customers are looking for in logistics and international transportation services, including but not limited to: chain of activities to support domestic investors and import-export enterprises and import-export system connecting with international customers, etc. With 23 years of experience in the customs procedures consulting and international trade of Mr. Dang Ngoc Tinh and 18 years in the logistics and international import and export transport of Mrs. Nguyen Thi Hong Anh, DHAL desires to bring the best economic value to customers with the most advanced full and partial service, meeting all the needs of customers.
